take on a leadership role. A trainer is not only
responsible for managing campaigns and
new accounts, but also is responsible for
developing and managing a sales team. The
ability to transfer knowledge and directly
impact other team members is the key
for a promotion to a management position. |

As an assistant manager, individuals will learn
the daily operations of K & K International
Consulting, Inc. Assistant managers learn how
to conduct interviews, organize company
meetings, manage financials, oversee
campaign mangement, and work directly
with our administration staff. This training is
vital for advancement into a mangement
position.

The training process concludes when candidates
demonstrate that they have developed the skills
and entrepreneurial mindset to run their own
marketing office. Managers effectively service our
new and existing clientele, as well as lead and
coach teams to successfully train others through
the management training program. Managers
continue to expand their business knowledge,
strengthen their people skills, and strive to reach
their full career potential.
